The Fun Sailing Committee has been hard working on activities for some Fun Sailing. Even though some of the activities below suggest that you need a sailboat, that is just wrong, power boats are just as welcomed! We want all members to enjoy our club!
Weather permitting, come out to enjoy one of the most enjoyable outings you can imagine. This is guaranteed to reduce any kind of stress you have as you witness the moon rising, all while cruising on the Rez.
Full Moon Sail
The December FULL MOON SAIL will be held on Saturday, 12-10-11. There is no member event that evening so it should be a fun time to get together. If any of you would like to join the regulars, please contact Ken Hall and he will get you on a boat. All you have to do is bring your drink of choice..
There is a private event in the dining room, so we will start gathering at the Club in the bar about 5:45pm - 6:00pm and leave soon thereafter. Click here for the December forcast. Party on the Water
Details on this event are being worked out as this message is posted, but what’s definite is a raft-up like no other, including a band. And there’s talk of no curfew!
Poker Run
Although, not a "gaming event", this activity will have many challenges and prizes for various achievements.
Your committee is working very hard to bring exciting activities for the club. Show your appreciation by coming out and being part of the fun and adventure. If you don’t have a boat and want to play, no problem… we’ll find a spot for you. It’s also an excellent way to meet new members. |
